The G-Series GE250A and GE300A mass flow controllers are versatile, elastomer-sealed MFCs suitable for various applications. The GE250A handles Full Scale ranges from 100 to 250 slm (N2 equivalent), while the GE300A manages ranges from 150 to 300 slm (N2 equivalent). Both models offer analog or digital I/O with advanced control algorithms for fast, repeatable set point responses.
